"Ehk, it's cold."I never much watched the second one anywhere close the same number of times as the first, but this quote stuck with me and my sis. Unfortunately, like many things remembered from childhood, my interpretation is incorrect. Missy pointedly told me the word started with a 'V', oh woe is me!
"It's fishy-swa, sir. It's supposed to be cold."
By her swift research she determined it to be either vishiswa ...
"It's vishiswa, sir, it's supposed to be cold"... some kind of Portuguese Soup and that's about all we could find out about it; or the atrociously spelled vichyssoise ...
"It's vichyssoise, sir, it's supposed to be cold"... a French-style soup made of puréed leeks, onions, potatoes, cream and chicken stock. It is traditionally served cold.
This latter one is probably it considering the picture of the dish and also how much easier it is to find information on it. Unless the butler is so bored he seeks out arcane recipes from wise men on mountain tops ... in Portugal.
Even with the power of education and retrospect, I like my word/phrase better "fishy-swa". I figured it had something to do with iced milk and raw fish ... you know, something like sushi; it doesn't sound appealing (to me) and it didn't look tasty based on Bruce Wayne's reaction! It's supposed to be cold!

Holy Crap! My world is tumbling down! But I also used to think that stuff we put on the popcorn was called Bursheast and it turned out to be Brewers Yeast. Wow.
Me too! Dang Brewer's Yeast, that deserves a whole post of its own.
