Miguel the Sheep

People have often asked, "What's the deal with the sheep?" Yesterday I finally got around to creating a cohesive video for our ovis mascot Miguel, who joined us in Arizona way back in March for Spring Training. Jevon named him after Miguel Cairo for his "utility". He became more than just a stuffed accessory; he became a rallying point, our biggest smallest Mariner fan, and our friend!

YouTube Source WMV (24.8mb)

I worked extensively in Sony Vegas Movie Studio to assemble this flick, used VirtualDub for decompressing the clips from cameras, and lost approximately three and a half hours (3.5 = 2:00pm - 5:30pm) to less than three and a half minutes of footage. The Whitest Boy Alive is the artist behind the song Burning used for soundtrack and of course there's the Jaws Theme at the very end.

Thanks to Melissa, Colleen, Dennis, April, Jevon, Jamie, and Cory for an awesome time that I finally got around to showcasing since breaking the WoW daily quests habit.
Funny ad which got displayed with my message thread in Gmail:

Love Ewe Miguel
