Gibdon.com initially housed all my writings online but all that disappeared after switching to the blog format. Hopefully posting these now will be the last time I have to do it, embarassing as they are to read as much as re-type!
And I don't know
what I can do
And I can't see
all the way through
And I don't care
you're all unique
And I can't be
all that you think
And I wish I
didn't have love
But I know I'll
never die young
This particular one I found in a spiral notebook with no context beyond a date of 11/28/97 written nearby. It's difficult to imagine my mindset at the time; I had gotten married in August that year and started Clover Park Technical College in September. No bad memories spring to mind so this might merely have been an idea rolling around the noggin.
